Payment can be made using Master Card, Visa, Discover, or PayPal.
Payment is immediately required upon completion of ordering both in-stock items and made-to-specification items. In-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days. Made to specification orders will ship within an estimated 38 weeks from the order date.38 weeksis a very rough estimate. Some items may be completed a few weeks or even a month or two after the estimated shipping date. Please remember, I am a one-man operation that produces very high-quality leather goods. This is the reason for the extensive lead-time.

USPS shipping costs keep increasing every year so, in turn, I have to increase my shipping costs yearly. Occasionally I may ship UPS or FedEx. If you require UPS or FedEx over USPS please contact me before you place your order.
You will receive your order 2 - 4 days after shipping. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA.
Insurance for your shipment is included in my shipping fees. If an item is lost in shipment or for whatever reason does not arrive at your address in a timely fashion (within a few weeks to a month of the ship date), I will replace the item.
We do occasionally sell outside of the US. I currently do not get many orders from outside the United States so I do not have my shipping at my Online Store set up for international shipping. If you are outside the US please contact me first at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will set up my Online store for whichever country you will be ordering for and get you a shipping quote.
Warranty & Return Policy
All items are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date. Should any item fail in normal use during that period, contact me and then ship the item back to me with a tracking number. I will then repair, adjust, or replace that item, or offer a refund of the purchase price, at my sole option and discretion.
Each item is produced to fill a specific customer's order, and many times to their personal specifications. If your order was produced incorrectly (wrong color, wrong model, incorrect specifications, etc), contact us immediately via email and we will arrange for a return and replacement.
